Your business. Your branding. Your way of working.
Software built for your business. With your name on it.
When your team has outgrown spreadsheets or keeps working around software that does not fit, everyday work becomes harder than it should be. We build dashboards, staff tools and customer portals around your requirements, with your company name, logo and branding.

What is custom business software?
Custom business software is a tool built specifically for how your company works. You choose what your team needs to manage, what customers should be able to do and how it should look under your brand.
Does this sound familiar?
- Your team switches between spreadsheets and messages to find a customer, order or job update.
- Ready-made software has features you do not need and misses the ones your business depends on.
- You want customers and staff to use a professional system that looks and feels like your company.

What it could look like in your business
- 01
A business needs one place to manage customer jobs instead of several spreadsheets.
- 02
Staff sign in to a dashboard carrying the company name, logo and brand colours.
- 03
They add jobs, update progress and see what needs attention, with access based on their role.
- 04
Customers can sign in to a branded portal to see their own updates, if that is included in the agreed scope.
What we can build for you
- Business dashboards showing the figures, tasks and updates you need.
- Staff tools for managing customers, orders, bookings, inventory or jobs, depending on your requirements.
- Customer portals where clients can view agreed information and send requests.
- Your company name, logo, colours and agreed screen designs throughout the software.
- Individual sign-ins and access permissions for the people using it.
- Agreed connections to your existing tools, testing, launch and handover guidance.
Your proposal confirms the exact deliverables before work begins.
How we work together
We start by understanding what your team needs to do and where work gets difficult. We agree the features, show you how the screens will look with your branding, then build and test the software with your feedback before launch.
What we need from you
Bring a list of the work you want to manage, the people who will use the system and examples of the information they need. We also need your company name, logo and brand colours. If existing records need to move into the new software, we agree what to transfer and how to check it.
What affects the cost?
The quote depends on the screens, features, user roles, reports, connections and existing data to move. Hosting, domain renewal, paid services, maintenance and future feature changes may have ongoing costs. Your proposal separates these from the initial build.
What to know before starting
Your proposal defines the features, branding, launch arrangements, source-code ownership and handover. A dashboard, customer portal, mobile app or connection to another tool is included only when agreed. We also agree who maintains the software, handles backups and helps your team after launch.
Questions you may have
Will it have our company name and logo?
Yes. We build the agreed screens with your company name, logo, colours and branding so the software feels like part of your business.
What kinds of software can you build?
Examples include business dashboards, customer portals, order and job trackers, booking tools and internal staff systems. We agree what makes sense for your requirements before quoting.
Can different staff members have different access?
Yes. We can define roles so people see and change only the information their work requires. The exact permissions are agreed during planning.
Can you bring our existing spreadsheet data into it?
We review your current records first, then agree the information to move, any cleanup needed and how the transferred data will be checked.
What happens after the software is launched?
We agree the handover, hosting, maintenance and support arrangements before work starts. Future changes and their costs are scoped separately.
Start with the problem you want to solve.
Tell us what your business needs to manage and what your current tools make difficult. We can work out the screens, features and branding with you. You do not need a technical brief.
